4- Operi papoton aur eyebrow kay aas paas ki jild ko dhilay pan say bachanay kay liye aankhon ko jis qadar khol sakti hain kholein panch second tak khula rehnay dein. Is amal ko din mein das martabah karein.

5- Agar aankhain thaki huyi mehsoos hon to 20 minute tak palkon ko jaldi jaldi jhapkayein aisa karnay say aankhon ki satah dobarah num ho jaye gi aur thakan bhi kam mehsoos hogi.
