liye din mein do teen bar aisi cream ya lotion lagayain
jis mein chiknayi ki moqdar ziadah ho, isi tarah dhoop mein
ghumne phirne se parheiz kia jaye. Pighle huye butter mein
doodh mila kar lagane se bhi khushk jild mein narmi-o-molaimat
layi ja sakti hai. khushk jild wali khawateen, make up karne
se pehle jild mein nami lane ke liye koi acha arq istemaal
kar sakti hain. Khushk jild ka aik faidah yeh bhi hai keh
chehra keel, mahason se bacha rehta hai lekin jild ki munasib
dekh bhal na ki jaye, to chera be ronaq aur rukha phika
ho sakta hai.

khawateen ki jild khushk ho to inhain aisa sabun istemaal
karna chahiye, jis mein glasreen ki moqdar ziadah ho takeh
jild ko chiknayi mayassar aasake. Isi tarah, sabun ke jhag
bana kar ziadah der tak malna nahi chahiye. Behtar tareeqah
yeh hai keh sabun munh par laga lia aur halke hathon se
cherah achi tarah pani se dho lia. Isi tarah sadah pani
ke chinte munh par marne se jild ke niche ki rawani behtar
hojati hai aur chehre par nikhar aata hai. Chehre ko kabhi
bhi towel se ragar ragar kar saf nahi karna chahiye. Din
bhar mein 5, 6 bar pani se munh hath dhone se qudari chiknayi
zaya nahi hoti. Jo log pabandi se panch waqt ki namaz ada
karte hain, to panch bar wazu karne se bhi in ki jild ki
qudarati chiknayi bar-qarar rehti hai aur in ki jild saaf,
shafaf aur nikhri rehti hai. aise logon ka cherah tar-o-taza
hota hai aur chehre ka husn apni jagah alag hi dekhayi deta
hai.
