Dimagh aur ankhon ko noqsan pohanchate hain.

1- Aab chukandar 1 kg
Aamlah khushk 250 g

Method:

Pehle aamla, barg mehdi aur barg dasmah ko 1 kg pani mein daal kar josh dain. Aag halki honi chahiye. Jab pani aadha jal jaye to aab chukandar daal dain. Jab yeh mawad kholne lage to is mein ande tor kar in ki zardi sufaidi dal dain. Is mawad ko karche se matwatar hilate rahain. Thori dair baad is mein tilon ka tail daal dain aur khub ublne dain. Jab sara pani jal jaye to aag par se utar lain. Thanda hone dain is ke baad ise nithar lain. Is tail se baal khub lambe aur chamak dar hote hai.

2-Imli ko raat ko pani mein bhigo dein. Subah is ke pani se sar dhoyein is se bhi lambe ho jate hain is amal ko hafte mein teen bar karein is ke baad Coconut Oil istemaal karein.

3-Aik glass garam pani mein do andon ki zardian pheint lein.
Is pani se balon ko achi tarah tar kar ke sar ki jild mein halki halki malish karein.
Baqi pani se balon ko tar kar lein sar ki jild par bhi khoob lagayein.
Aik ghanta baad dho lein. Aap ke baal narm aur mulaim ho jayein gay.

4-Kele ki jaron ka ras ------------1 kg
Chukandar ka ras--------------1 kg
Aamlah khushk-----------------250 gm
Barg mehdi-----------------------120 gm
Barg dasmah---------------------120 gm
Tail til-------------------------------250 gm
Kele ki jaron ke ras mein chukandar ka ras, aamlah khushk, barg mehdi, barg dasmah daal kar josh dein. Aanch dhimi honi chahiye. Jab aadha ras jal jaye to tail daal dein. Jab sara ras jal jaye aur sirf tail hi baqi rah jaye to aahistah se nithar kar botal mein daal lein. Is tail se baal khoob lambe hote hain.
