If
you want to reduce fat belly and you are avoid eating rice
but there hasn’t been any noticeable change in your
weight then you have to remember one thing. Before going
through strict dieting and exercise, you must understand
that skipping main meals courses over eating in the next
meal. Secondly, it diverts the mind and initiates negative
behavior towards balanced diet. As for your diet plan rely
only on some whole wheat oatmeal with skimmed milk for breakfast.
For main meals, whole wheat chapatti, fresh vegetable salad
and steamed chicken will do well. Two table spoon of husk
after lunch is recommended. For snacks, treat yourself to
popcorn with honey. Remember to exercise regularly. For
exercise, begin by lying on your back with your lower back
pressed against the floor. While keeping your feet flat
on the floor, bend your knees and place your hands on your
thighs. Rise the upper body at 30 degrees or until you feel
the burn. Repeat and increase sets and repetitions over
time.
