Ghusal ka Tariqa

Bath is good for health. Bath plays an important role in this regard. It is also an important source of general health.

Ghusal kay fawaid

Yeh maqsad ki sujan, berooni bawaser aur pishab ki takaleef mein faida mand sabit hota hai, tez bukhar mein kami lanay kay liye thanday pani ki pattiyan, peshani,hathon, aur pairon par rakhni chahiye, albattah khanay kay foran baad nahana muzir e sehat hai, buhat ziadah garam aur buhat ziadah thanday pani say nahanay say bhi guraiz karna chahiye.
