Yeh quwat hafiz dil, dimagh aur meday ke liye mufeed hain. Pista khansi mein mufeed hai aur balgham ko kharij kar ke phepron ko saf rakhta hai. Sarma ka mausam sehat bahal karne aur jsim ko taqatwar banana ka mausam hota hai.

Chilghoza (Pinus)

Chilghoze gurde, masane aur jigar ko taqat dete hain. Is ke khane se jism mein garmi mehsoos hoti hai aur sardi ka asar buhat kam hota hai. Chilghoze khana khane ke baad khayein kiun keh khana khane se pehle inhein khane se bhook khatam ho jati hai

Akhrot (walnut)
