Massage in Urdu(Masaj aur Malish)

  • Jism ko aaram-o-sakoon milta hai aur tabyat mein behtari aajati hai.
    Paon aur jism ke nichley hisson mein kaam kaaj key doraan ya ziadah dair gharey rahne se, neiz dil key marizon mein marz key sabab, jo maya jama ho jata hai, iss mein batadreej kami aati hai.
  • Joron key dard mein malish aur masaj se in ki harkaat mein behtari aur frahmi-o-khoon mein izafah hota hai. Jis se joron ki kar kardagi behtar hoti hai aur dard se bhi chutkara milta hai.
