Qadeem Hindustani tarika ilaj ayurvedic mein sar dard ka aik ilaj yeh tjweez kia jata hai keh khalis sarson ka tel 3tbs ki mqdar garam karein, phir cotton kapre ko is mein duboyein aur is ki patti bana kar peshani par rakhein.
