Use Good and Balance Diet

Hamare yahan aam tor par jo baat dekhne mein aayi hai woh yeh hai keh khawateen apne khane pine ka ziadah kheyal nahi rakhti’n balkeh in ki koshish hoti hai keh woh apne hisse ka khana bhi apne shohar aur bachon ko de dein lekin shayad yeh baat bhul jati hain keh awlaad ki achi tarbiyat ke liye maan ka sehat mand hona nehayat zaruri hai. Khas tor par doran hamal khawateen ko achi aur motwazan ghiza ki bari zarurat hoti hai. Is ke liye na sirf khawateen ko khud tawajjah deni chahiye balkeh ghar ki bari burhyon ki bhi is ka khas kheyal rakhna chahiye. Isi tarah khawateen ke liye bache ko apna doodh pilane ke doraan mein bhi yeh zaruri hai keh woh hayateen aur madani namkiayat se bhar pur ghizain istemaal karein.

Drink Water

Roazanah kam se kam pani kay 8 se 10 glass pina nehayat zaruri hai. Lekin pani ka saaf hona bhi bohat ziadah ahmiyat ka haamil hai is ke liye aap yeh kar sakti hain keh ya to ghar mein water filter ka istemaal karein ya phir pani boil istemaal karein. Is ke elawah alcohol ya phir bazaar se milne wale mukhtalif aqsaam ke soft drink aur mashrubaat bhi kum se kum istemaal karein. Avoid Smoking

Paidal chalna sehat ke liye nehayat mufeed hai agar aap ke liye ghar se bahir ja kar lambi walk karna mushkil hai to aap ghar mein hi chehal qadmi kar sakti hain. Agar aap ke ghar mein sirhyan hain to in par charhna aur utarna bhi nehayat mufeed hai. doran hamal khas tor par paidal chalye, san yaas ke baad paidal chalne se haddiyan mazbut ho jati hain. Rozmarah ke maamulat ke elawah bhi apne mashaghil ke liye waqt nakalye.

Think Positive

Halat-o-mushkilaat ka moqablah sehat, himmat aur khush dili se kijye. Muskurahat na sirf aap ke husn mein izafah karti hai balkeh sehat ke liye bhi nehayat zaruri aur mowassar hoti hai. choti choti pareshaniyon ko sar par sawar mat kijye, balkeh masbat andaz fikar apnaiye aur in pareshaniyon ko khatam karne aur in ka hal talash karne ki koshish karein. Mushkilon aur pareshaniyon par ghanton sonchne aur kurhne ki bajaye kisi hamdard dost se share karna buhat behtar sabit ho sakta hai aur is guftagu ke doran ho sakta hai keh aap ko apni pareshaniyon ka koi behtar hal bhi mil jaye.

Do Work Carefully

Apni aur apne bachon ki achi sehat ke liye yeh nehayat zaruri hai keh hamal ke darmiyan munasib waqfah rakha jaye. Hamal kay doran gharilu haadsat se bachne ki har mumkin koshish karein is ke liye zaruri hai keh ghar ka aik na aik fard har waqt ghar mein mojud rahe. Aur dusre aise kamon se guraiz kia jaye jin ke karne se kisi qasam ke noqsaan ka ahtamal ho.

Hamare han aam tor khawateen ke khelon par koi khas towajjah nahi di jati aur na hi ise zaruri samjha jata hai. lekin khail kud aap ke liye bhi itna hi zaruri hai jitna keh kisi bhi aur insaan ke liye. Is se aap ki jismani aur zehni sehat tawana hogi. Khawateen aise bohat se khail ba asani ghar mein khail sakti hain jo na sirf jismani fitness ke liye behtareen hain balkeh aap ke husn-o-khubsurti ko bhi barhate hain in khailon mein Badminton, tannic, waghairah qabil-e-zikar hain.

Avoid Use of Eextra Medicine:

Bohat ziadah dawayon ka isete maal bhi aap ke liye noqsaan dah sabit ho sakta hai, khas tor par doran-e-hamal khawateen ko chahiye keh koi bhi dawa iste maal kanr se pehle kisi mualij se zarur mashwarah kar lein. Mamnuya dawayon se bachye. Apne choton ke liye aik namunah banne ki koshish kijye. Nind ki dawayon ya sakun awar dawayon ka istemaal kam se kam karein.
