Vitamins:
Yeh khoraak ka buhat ahum aur quwat bakhsh jazu hai. Yeh
jazu sehat ko barqarar rakhne aur jism ki nasho numa mein
madad deta hai. Iski buhat si aqsaam hain, maslan A,B,C,D,E
aur K waghaira jism ke system mein vitamin ka aik khaas
kaam hota hai jo darj zeil hain.
Vitamin
–A:
Quwat basarat ke liye mufeed aur taqatwar hai. Iski kami
ki wajah se shab kori (raat ko nazar na aana) ka karz paida
ho jata hai. Jism mein khushki ho jati hai. Sardi bardasht
karne aur bimariyon se muqablah karne ki quwat baqi nahi
rehti yeh machli ke tail (oil), milk, eggs, butter aur carrot
mein payi jati hai.
Vitamin-B:
Yeh vitamin thakan ko door karti hai. Dimaagh ko taqat bakhshti
hai bad hazmi door karti hai. Umer ko taweel karti hai.
Yeh vitamin vegetable, eggs, milk mein payi jati hai.
Vitamin-C:
Yeh vitamin bafti sehat ko barqarar rakhne ke liye mozon
hai. Jism mein chusti aur tawanayi paida karti hai. Iss
ki kami ki wajah se masore sooj jate hain. Teeth se blood
aane lagta hai. Yeh rasdar fruits maslan malte, sangtaron,
taza sabziyon aur tursh phalon chakutra, lemon, salad aur
tamatar mein payi jati hai.
Vitamin-D
:
Yeh vitamin khalyon ki quwat ko qaim rakhti hai. Iski kami
ki wajah se haddiyon ki bimari jisko (Ricicet) kehte hain
paida ho jati hai. Haddiyan kamzor ho jati hain. Aur terhi
ho jati hain. Yeh hamain sun ki rays, machli ke tail (oil),
milk aur butter se hasil hoti hai.
Vitamin-E:
Yeh vitamin toleed kea mal ke liye zaroori hai iski kami
ki wajah se aurat banjh ho jati hai. Yeh sabziyon, maiz,
wheat waghaira mein mojood hoti hai.
Vitamin-K:
Yeh vitamin khoon ko jamne mein madad deti hai. Yeh tomato,
vegetable aur vegetable leaves mein payi jati hai.
