Home Tips in Urdu:

Pait Phoolna:


Maday mein jab hawa jama ho kar pait phoolnay lagay to mandarjah zel long ka arq taiyar kar kay kaam mein layein. Mofeed sabit ho ga.
Istemaal : safoof long(clove) 10 ratti kholta hua pani 50 tolah jab puri tarah say bheeg jaye to chan lena chahiye. Har roz teen bar istemaal karein har bar arhayi tolah istemaal kia jaye.

Bad Hazmi:


Jab Bad hazmi ki shikayat ho to khanay say pehlay mandarjah zel noskhah mofeed hoga.
Tarkeeb:
Safoof long 1 ½ mashah khanay ka soda 10 tolah ratti ubalta hua pani 5 tolah
Raat ko sotay waqt 8 ya 10 long(clove) kachi ya bhuni huyi khanay say aaram ho jata hai.

Piyaz | Onion:


1-Onion cheeltay aur kattay huye aankhon say jo pani behta hai is ki wajah say khana pakanay kay liye buhat si khawateen ko piyaz katna buhat nagawar lagta hai. Is say bachao ko aazmudah totkah yeh hai aap nay jetnay piyaz roz istemaal karnay hon. In ko raat ko plastic kay lifafay mein daal kar achi tarah lifafah band kar kay fridge mein rakh dein, subha jab aap khana pakanay kay liye piyaz katain gi to aankhon say har giz pani nahi niklay ga. Agar raat ko piyaz rakhna bhool jayein to khana pkanay say ghantah aadh ghantah qabal piyaz ko fridge mein bhi rakh sakti hain.

2-Onion ko katnay kay liye nichay ki janib say kaatain to bhi aanso nahi aatay yani onion ko ulta kar kay ka salan mein dalnay kay liye onion ko aam tor par hum do hisso mein kaat kar phir is ko bareek kattay hain aur phir brown kartey hain.

3-Agar salim onion ko lachon ki shakal mein kaat kar brown kia jaye to salan pakatay huye is tarah kata hua piyaz jaldi galta hai aur isay peesnay ki zarurat bhi nahi hoti khood bakhood gal kar ghul jata hai.

Mirchon ki Jalan:

Khawateen aksar sabz mirchon(chilly) ko hath say pakar kar kaat leti hain jis say jalan honay lagti hai. Mirchon(chilies) ko lakri kay takhtay par rakh kar is tarah katein keh aap kay hath ko lagnay nah paye. Agar kabhi be dheyani mein lag bhi jayein to jalan ko door karnay kay liye kapray dhonay wala neel pani mein ghol kar is mein hath thori dair kay liye dobo dein. Phir thori si gur(brown suger) ki dali pani mein bhigo bhigo kar finger par malein, jalan door ho jaye gi.
