ki Safayi ka Tareeqah:
Aainon
ki safayi bhi shishon ki tarah hoti hai magar sirf yeh farq
hota hai keh aainay ki pusht par aik teh chemical solution
ki lagi hoti hai jis kay liye ragar nay mein ahtiyat ki sakht
zaroorat hai. Is kay liya aainay ki pusht par khusk narm kapray
say safayi karein aur samnay ka hissah sprit ya sirkah kay
mehlool say saaf karein. Ghusal khanay kay aainay kay liye
sprit+ glasreen barabar moqdar mein mila kar istemaal karein.
Iskay elawah pisi huyi samandari jhaag ya sufaid bareek-o-nafees
pisa hua chalk bhi aainay par safayi aur dhabbon ko rafa karnay
kay liye istemaal kia ja sakta hai isay window kay shishon
kay tareeqay say saaf kia jata hai.

jagah gheray, baraf jamanay walay sanchon mein sath sath jor
kar botyan rakh dein aur jama kar phir gosht ko nikal kar
isi tarah freezer mein oper talay rakh dein. Bartan bhi istemaal
nah hongay aur jagah bhi kam gheray gi.

Kharbooza
(cucurbitaceous) kata jaye to aadha(½ ) hissah bachna
muskhil hi hota hai, lekin agar kisi zaroorat ya khas dish
kay liye bachana maqsood hi ho to is mein seeds wala poora
gucha bhar kar rakhain aur oper chikna kaghaz dhaanp dein,
kharboozay ka kata hua yeh hissah taza aur narm rahay ga.
