Mehman achanak ya itlah kar ke bhi aajayein to yakhni wala dabbah kuch der ke liye nikal kar garam pani mein rakh dein. Sirf bagharne aur chawal danlne ki der hogi, aap ka polao tazah shakal mein taiyar hai.

Kabab Mehfooz karne ka Tarika

Keema Mehfooz Karne ka Tarika

Keema bhi aap akathe aik jagah ziadah sa paka lein aur phir apni zaroorat ke mutabiq chote dabbon mein daal kar rakh dein. Zaroorat ke waqt aik ya ziadah dabbah nikal kar is mein chahein to sabzi daal lein. Matar,aalo , palak aur hunter wagirah ya phir sadah bhi istemaal kar sakti hain. Isi tarah gosht bhi kafi moqdar mein bhoon kar dabbon mein rakh lein aur ise bhi baad mein sabzi ke sath ya sadah istemaal kar lein. Is se khana bilkul taza mehsoos hoga.

Sabziyan Mehfooz Karne ka Tarika

Sabziyan hameshah boil pani mein aur sirf chand minute ke liye dalein.

Sabziyan dalne se pehle pani mein 2 tbsp thori si chini zaroor dalein. Is se sabziyon ka rung kharab nahi hoga.

Freezer mein rakhne se pehle sabziyan ko thanda kar lein.

Thaili ya dabbah jis mein khana ya sabzi freez karein is par naam ka sticker zaroor lagayein. Is se aap ko talash mein aasani hoig.

Sticker par mote haroof mein likhein aur phir is par mom batti pheirein takhe is ki siyahi name ki wajah se mit na jaye.

Thaili zara mezboot ho takeh wazan se ya uthane rakhne se phat na jaye.
