Naye Chawal:

Baaz awqaat naye chawal pakane parjate hain magar inhain kitni bhi mehnat se pakaya jaye phir bhi pakne ke baad chipak jate hain. Naye chalawalo ko aam pani se dhone ke baad garam pani mein bhigo dein, jab pani thanda ho jaye to ise nikal dein. Naya pani garam kar ke chawal boil karein aur phir nichor kar dam de dein.

Munh se Piaz ki Bu:

Barsat aur garmi ke mosam mein kachi piaz khana buhat mufeed hai magar is ko khane ke baad munh se bari nagawar si bu aati hai jo qareeb baithne walon ko bhi mehsus hoti hai piaz khane ke baad agar thora sa dhanya chibalein to bu dur ho jati hai.

Hath Kut Jaye To:

Sabziyan banate huye aksar knife se anguthe(thumb) ke andar wale hisse par lage jate hain. Awwal to sabziyan katne ke liye takhte ka istemaal karein, is se hath saaf rehte hain. Fridge mein dhanya ya salad rakhne ho to ise plastick ke lifafe mein kabhi na rakhain balkeh kaghaz ke lifafe mein dalkar rakhain ya akhbar mein lapeit kar rakhain. Sabziyon ko akhbar mein lapeit kar rakhain to woh ziadah der taza rahein gi. Fridge se bahir bhi rakhain to pani chirak kar akhbar mein lapeit kar rakhain.
