Namak ke Faide:

Namak hamari zindagi ka lazmi juz hai. is ke beghair to zindagi be maza ho kar rah jaye. Namak ke be shumar faide hain aur is ki ziadti se noqsaanat bhi utne hi hain.

1-Dant(teeth) mein dard ho to namak aur sarson ka oil mila kar lagayain. Namak zehar ko dur karte hai shehad ki makhi kaat jaye to namak aur sirkah mila kar dasi huyi jagah par lagayain.

2-Pait mein dard ho aur ghar mein koi dawa bhi na ho to thora sa namak garam pani se phank lein dard theek ho jaye ga.

3- Namak ke gharare karne se gale ki kharash ko afaqah ho ta hai.

4-Suje ya phule huye gale par namak ko kapra chan kar ke fingers se lagayain aaram aajaye ga.

Monh se Muli ki Bu:

Mulyan bhi salad ka lazmi juzu hain. Kachi khayain ya paka kar donon tarah mufeed hoti hain magar in ke sath yeh qabahat hai keh khane ke baad munh se bu ke elawah buhat nagawar qisam ki dekarein aati rehti hain muli maday mein mojud har cheez ko hazam karne mein madad deti hai magar khood hazam nahi hoti ya phir buhat der mein hazam hoti hai is liye muli khane ke baad thora sa gur kha lia jaye is se muli hazam ho jati hai aur dekarein nahi aati ya phir matar ke chand dane chibayain to bhi dekarein nahi aayain gi.


Chawalon ki Baryan:

Bache huye chawalon mein thora sa pani sufaid zira, namak mirch daal kar zara sa pakayainaur phir malidah sa bana kar kisi try mein ya thal waghairah mein ghee laga kar hath se darmianah size ki baryan bana bana kar rakh dein in ko tez dhoop mein chand din rakh kar khushk kar lein, taiz garam ghee mein tal kar istemaal karein, masalah bhun kar in ko daal kar salan bana lein ya tal kar chaye ke sath nosh farmayain.

Dard pait, qai, warm jigar, baogolah, bad hazmi, dard gurdah kami bhuk in shikaiton par garam pani se dia karein. Amuman teen char ghantah baad dusri khorak deni chahiye.

Chiti (Ant) Bhagana:

Heeng ko pees kar ant ke surakh mein dalne se yeh bhag jati hai.
