Ingredients

Aalo ki Bhujia

Potato -----1 kg
Shimlah mirch ---250 g
Hari mirch -----10
Onion -----250g
Lemon ------1
Adrak pisi hui--------2 tbsp
Haldi--------2 tbsp
Sufaid til --------4 tbsp
Methi dana --------2 tbsp
Sufaid zirah --------3 tbsp
Red chilly powder --------2 tbsp
Salt---- hasbe zaiqa
Hara dhanya-------1 gaddi
Oil/ ghee
----½ cups

Method
Aalo chokor kaat kar namak wale pani mein boil kar lein. Aalo ke qatle chote rakhein. Shimlah mirch bhi aalo ki tarah chokor katain, hari mirch, hara dhanya aur piaz bareek kaat lein lemon juice nikal kar alag rakhein. Til bhun kar pees lein. Magar til jalne na paye. Ab aik dish mein aalo nikalein jinhain aap pehle boil kar chuki hain aur is mein namak mirch til, lemon ka ras, piaz daal kar mila lein.

Fry pan mein ghee daal kar sufaid zirah aur methi dana daalein sath hi shimlah mirch haldi adrak aur hari mirchein bhi shamil kar dein. Is ko do teen minute tak bhunein is ke baad aalo wali dish mein daal dein. Tamam masalhe ko mix kar dein aur dish par hara dhanya saja dein. Aalo ki nepali dish roti se bhi khayi ja sakti hai aur ise aap cholon ki tarah bhi kha sakti hain.
