Hot Spicy Beef

Ingredients

Beef-1 kg, 2 pieces, each 8 oz
Lemon juice-2 tbsp
Garlic -1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce-1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce-2 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
White vinegar - tbsp
Potato-3-4 cut into cubes
For Gravy
Butter -2 oz
Flour-2 oz
Milk-1 cup
Beef stock-1 cup
Cheese 4 tbsps
Grated salt/pepper/mustard-1/2 tsp each
Tomatoes-2-3, peel and grind into paste
Onion- 1 big, grind into a paste

Method

Mix all the ingredients with beef and keep it. fry on medium flame in 2 tbsp oil for about 10-15 minutes.

For Gravy, heat butter and fry flour, add milk and stock, tomato paste, onion and potatoes tenderize. Garnish and serve.

Aalo wali Champ In Urdu, Hindi

Ingredients

Champ 1 kg
Aalo(potato) ½ kg
Anday (egg) 3
Ghee
Adrak (ginger) 25 gm
dry bread as test
Red chili powder
Lehsan (garlic) 10 gm
Namak(salt)
Siayah mirch(black pepper)

Method

Peel the garlic and ginger, boil the potatoes, then peel them off and take finely grind.
With grind black pepper and salt and mix it up and keep the mixtures separate.
Wash the chanp (meat), garlic then red chili powder, salt and ginger mix well placed to meat an hour.
Put the fry pan on stove then pour the ghee on fry pan, chanp (meat) the roast as usual.
Then mix the potato with roast meat. Blend the egg and dip chanp (meat) on it, crush the bread and sprinkle on it. Put the fry pan on stove second time and pour the ghee and heat, when ghee become heat pour the meat and fry well, keep in plate and use for dinner.


Method in Urdu

Lehsan aur adrak cheel kar rakh lein is kay baad aalo, boil karein aur in ka chilka utar kar sil par bareek pees lein.

Sath hi is mein pisi huyi siyah mirchein aur namak dal kar mix karein aur yeh aamezah alag rakh lein.

Phir chanpon ko dho kar in par garlic, red chili powder, salt aur ginger mix kar kay khoob achi tarah malein aik ghantah tak kay liye pari rehnay dein.

Is kay baad fry pan mein ghee dal kar chulhay par rakhein is mein chanpon maamuli si bhoon kar bahir nikal lein.

Phir in chanpon par aalo ka aamezah theek tarah lagayein anday pheint kar chanp is mein duboyein phir bread ka choora is par chirakein aur dobarah fry pan mein ghee garam kar kay chnpon ko fry kar kay bahir nikal lein plate mein saja kar khanay kay liye pesh karein.
