Ingredients
Beef mince---1/2 kg
Garam masal---1/2 tsp
Eggs---2, beaten
Salt---per taste
Green chilli---as required
Gram lentil (chana daal) ---1/2 cup
Raw banana---2 large sizes
Ghee----1/4 kg
Method
In a pan, put mince, mix in it gram, garam masala, salt, chillies and sufficient water and cook till water dries up and mince and lentil tenderize.
Now grind or process this mixture in a grinder. Peel off bananas and cut them in small pieces. Make kababas from mince mixture, stuffing with banana pieces.
Pre heat the oven. Grease an oven tray. Dip kebabs in beaten eggs and place on tray bake for 5 minutes.
Remove tray, turn kababs on the other side and bake again. When kababs are cooked as you desire, remove from oven. Serve with ketchup, sauce and salad.
