Gosht ¾ kg
Namak (salt) ½ tsp
Mirch dukni ¾ tbsp
Lemon 3
Aluminium foil
Qalmi shurah 1 tsp


Qalmi shuray ka halka sa garam kar lein phir is mein leman ka arq, dkni mirch aur namak dal kar mix kar lein.

Gosht kay piece ko kantnay say pehlay achi tarah good lein phir is mein taiyar kia hua paste achi tarh lagayein aur do teen din kay liye fridge mein rakh dein.

3 ,4 ghantay baad ulat palat kar dein takeh masalah achi tarh lag jaye.

Almunium foil mein achi tarh lapet kar oven mein rakh dein, oven taz garam rakhein, jab pani khushk ho jaye to nikal lein.
