Ingredients

Qeema (bareek pisa hua)-1 kg
Corn flour-3 khane ke chamche
Til-1 tbsp khane ke chamche
Naryal-1tbsp
in sab ko grind kar ke pees lein
Piaz-1
Adrak ka paste-1/2 tsp
Srukh mirch powder-1/2 tsp
Badam aur pista-hasb e zaroorat(baraye filing)
Hara dhanya-1/4 gaddi
Hari mirch-2-3
Chana-1 tbsp
Khash khash-1 khane ka chamcha

Ajzaye curry

Namak-1 tsp
Adrak paste-1 tsp
Dhanya powder-2 tsp
Piyaz-2 brown
Dahi-1/2 cup
Surkh mirch powder-1 tsp
Lehsan paste-1 tsp
Zeera powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp

Procedure
Pehle tamam masalhon ko qeeme ke saath mix kar lein aur choper mein chop kar lein. Is ke baad qeema mein oil, naryal, pista, badam, khashkhaash, corn flour aur 2 tbsp oil ke daal kar mix karein. Kofte bana kar aik taraf rakh dein.

Tarkeeb Baraye Curry

Oil mein pyaaz ko brown kar lein. Dahi ko pheint lein aur is mein tamam masalhe mila dein. Phir is ko degchi mein daal kar fry kar lein aur achi tarah masalah pakayein. Hatta keh oil satah par aajaye aur terne lagay ab kofte daal dein. phir dam par rakh dein. waqfe waqfe se hilati rahein. Us waqt tak pakayein keh gal jaye aur shorbah garha rakhein. Taiyar hone par garam garam serve karein.
