Ingredients:

Kima (Minced Meat) ½ kg

Shimlah mirchein-125gm

Pisi huyi surkh mirchein-Hasbay mansh

Pisa hua garam masalah 1 tsp

Pisa hua khushk dhanya(coriander seed) 1 sp

Piaz (onion)150gm

Garlic 6 jawe

Adrak (ginger) 10 gm

Haldi (turmeric) ½ sp

Namak(salt) hasbe mansha

Tamatar (tomato) 125 gm

Hara dhanya (coriander leaves) 10 gm

Cooking Procedure

Shimlah ki mirchein tukron mein kat kar pani say dhoyein.

Qima pani say dho kar nichorein aur aik bartan mein dal dein ginger aur garlic cheel kar chotay chotay tukron mein kat lein qima mein surkh mirchein, Haldi, namak piaz, lehsan adrak pisa hua khushk dhanya aur aik cup pani shamil kar kay chulhay par rakh dein.

Darmiyani aanch par 10 minute tak pakanay kay baad tomato kat kar dalein thori der baad ghee dalein aur halki aanch kartay huye shimlah ki kutri huyi mirchein dalein aur thora sa pani dal kar oper dhakan rakh dein.

15 minute tak halki aanch par paknay kay baad pisa hua garam masalah aur kutra hua hara dhanya chirak dein.

Thori der tak bartan ko chulhay par rakhein phir aag say alag kar lein aur dish mein nikal kar khanay kay liye pesh karein.
