Ingredients

Keema ½ kg

Ghee hasbe zaroorat

Bhunay huye chanay 50gm

Coriander power ½ sp

Hara dhanya chand patay

Lehsan(garlic) 10

Anar dana 1 sp

Tomato 100 gm

Surkh mirchein

Adrak 10 gm

Piaz (onion) 125 gm

Namak hasbe mansh

Hari mirchein 3

Method

Bhunay huye chanay bareek pes lein. Piaz aur adrak cheel kar bareek kat lein.

Keemay mein lehsan piaz adrak pisa hua dhanya anar dana bhunay huye chanay surkh mirchein hari mirchein hara dhanya, aur namak dal kar mix karein aur is keemay ki go gol tikyan bana kar rakhtay jayein.

Is kay baad aik khulay munh walay bartan mein itna pani dalein keh bartan aadha bhar jaye aur aadha khali rahay.

Phir bartan kay munh par kapra bandh dein aur banaye huye kabab is kapray par rakh kar bartan ko chulhay par rakh dien.

Aanch tez rakhein takeh pani jald boil ho jaye. Kababon ko oper say plate ya dhakan say dhanp dein takeh bhap bahir na niklay.

Jab yeh kabab bhap mein pak kar taiyar ho jayein to bartan ko chulhay say nichay utar lein.

Is kay baad aik fry pan mein ghee dal kar chulhay par rakhein aur in mein kababon ko dal kar talein aur bahir nikal kar aik dish mein sajayein.

Piaz aur tamatar kay bareek bareek qatlay kat kar kababon kay sath sajayein aur kisi bhi chatni kay sath khanay kay liye pesh karein.
