Psande1 kg
Pisa hua kacha papita-----------2tbsp
Dahi--------1cup
Pisa hua lehsan adrak-------------1sp
Pyaz(bareek kaat lein------------2
Hara dhanya(chop kar lein)---------1 gaddi
Podina(chop)---------1 gaddi
Hari mirchein(chop)-------4
Lemon-------2
Haldi----------1 tsp
Pisi hui laal mirch------1 tbsp
Namak-------hazbe zaiqa
Tel-----1cup
Ghee------1 tsp

Method

Pasandon ko hathori ke zariye ptle kar lein.

Thora sa hara dhanya aur hari mirchein alag kar lein.

Aik pyale mein psande lehsan, adrak, pisa hua masalah, laal mirch, haldi, baqi hari mirchein, podina, baqi hara dhanya, papita, namak, lemon aur dahi mila kar 1/2 ghante ke liye rakhein.

Degchi mein tel garam kar ke is mein pyaz laal kar lein aur aadhi pyaz nikal kar akhbar par phaila dein.

Baqi pyaz mein masalah lage psande shamil kar ke dhakan dhank dein aur gosht glne tak pakayein.

Pani khushk ho jaye to bhoon lein aur ghee daal kar 15 minute ke liye dam par rakh dein.

Mazedar psande bachi hui hari mirchein hara dhanya aur tali hui pyaz se saja kar pesh karein.
