Lehsan pisa hua 2 tsp

Garam masalah pisa hua 2 tbsp

Dahi 3 tbsp

Hari piaz 4

Hara dhanya,

Surkh mirch

Namak

Ghee pakanay kay liye

Kacha papita thora sa

Procedure:

1. Raan dhokar saaf kapray(cloth) say khushk kar lein.

2. Hari mirch, kachri aur kacha papita bareek pees lein.

3. Phir is mein jawetri jaifal aur hara dhanya shamil kar lein.

4. Gosht par sirkah laga kar kantay say achi tarah goodein aur taqreeban aik ghantay kay liye dhanp kar rakh dein.

5. Dahi mein garam masala namak aur surkh mirch daal kar khoob phaint lein.

6. Aik ghantay kay baad gosht par kachri ka amezah laga kar dobarah kantay say goodein.

7. Kachri kay aamezay kay sath lehsan aur adrak bhi shamil karein.

8. Is kay baad baray sidhay tawey par thora sa ghee garam karein aur piaz sunehri tal kar nikal lein.

9. Tali piaz masal kar gosht par charon taraf laga dein.

10. Garam garam ghee ran kay charon taraf dalein yun maamuli sa ghee taway par rehnay dein.

11. Raan ko shidhay taway par is maamuli ghee kay oper rakh dein.

12. Aanch buhat dhimi kar dein.

13. Oper say taway kay size ka tasla dhanp dein.

14. Taqreeban das minute kay baad ran ko dish ya taslay mein rakh kar churi say gehray gehray nishan ja baja lagayein phir aadhi piyali pani daal kar dhimi aanch par rakh dein.

15. Yun taqreeban aadhay ghantay mein rost ho jaye gi aur pani bhi kushk ho jae ga .

16. Kheyal rakhein khushk ho gia to ran jalnay ka khatrah hai.

17. Taiyar honay par rost dish mein rakhye aur lemon ki chatni ya tomato ketchup kay sath pesh karein.
