Mince (beef/mutton/chicken) ---1/2 kg
Gram lentil (Chana dal) ---2 tbsp
Ginger----3 inch piece
All spices (whole) --- 1 tbsp
Salt --- to taste
Red chillies (whole) ----7/8
Green chillies----4-5, chopped
Green coriander----1/4 cup, chopped
Mint----1/4 cup, chopped
Almonds----1/4 cup, crushed
Pistachios----1/4 cup, crushed
Cashew nuts---1/4 cup, crushed
In a pan add mice, gram lentil, half onion, 2 green chillies, red chillies, all whole spices, ginger, and garlic salt with water and let it cook.
When water dries, grind the kebab mixture then make small balls.
Fill green chillies, mints, nuts and coriander in the centre of the balls and make kebabs.
Fry till dark brown, serve with sauce.
