Aik khulay munh ka bartan lein.
2. Is mein cooking oil leman jouice, soya souce, adrak, namak,
garam masalha, sirkah, dalchini dalkar aapas mein mixs karein.
3. Is aamezay mein gosht ko puri raat bhigo kar rakhein.
4. Is kay baad sheikh mein gosht kay tukron aur baaqi cheezon
ko bari bari puro lein.
5. Yani pehlay gosht ka tukra phir piaz ka tukra, surkh shimlah
mirch ka tukra aur phir gosht ka tukrah waghairah wagharirah.
6. In sikhon ko halki aanch par bhoon lein sheikh ko bhuntay
waqt is par woh masalah sath sath lagati jayein jis mein gosht
kay tukron ko raat bhar bhigoya tha.

Macaronis boil----1 cup

Matar (pea boil) ---- 1 cup
Hari mirchein (green chilli) ------8
Kali mirch (black pepper) ---- 1 tsp
Anday pheint kar rakh lein (egg beat) ---2
Dabal roti ka chura (bread) ----1 cup
Namak (salt) ----hsbe zaiqa
Tlne ke liye tail (oil)
Method
Sb se pehle hlki anch mein aik degchi mein qima, piaz, adrak dal kar apne hi pani mein boil karein.
Phir macaronis, boil vegetables aur sare masale uble huye qime mein mila dein aur bareek pees lein.
Phir roll ki shakal ke kabab bana lein. Aik karahi mein coking oil garam karein, kababon ko pehle anda lagayein phir bread curmbs laga kar halki aanch mein dip fry karein. Garam garam pesh karein. Do se char afrad ke liye kafi hai.
