Carrot --½ lein (kaat lein)
Onion---½
Namak----½ tsp
Dakhni pisi hui mirch----½ tsp
Sugar ----½ tbsp
Yakhni ----1 cup
Maida ----1 tbsp
Oil
----2 tbsp

Method

Aik bartan mein shakkar daal kar chulhe par rakhain, brown ho jaye to ise nikal kar alag rakh dein, dusre bartan mein oil daal kar sabziyan fry karein is mein maida bhi shamil kar lein, jab tamam ashya fry ho jayain to inhain nikal kar pees lein, ab aap ke pas garha sa paste taiyar ho jaye ga, ise aap steak ke sath peesh kijye.
