Crispy Chicken Recipe in Urdu

Ingredients

Chicken-1, 8 pieces for marination
Salt - to taste
Ajinomoto-1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce-1/2 tsp
Red chilli- 1/2 tsp
White pepper-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 tsp for coating
Corn flakes-1 cup
Bread crumbs-1 cup
All purpose flour- 1/2 cup
Egg - 1, beaten

Method

In a bowl mix all the ingredients for marination. In this mix chicken pieces and marinate for an hour.

Mix the ingredients for coating in a tray and first dip in egg then coat in the crumb mixture.

Now place in greased baking tray and bake for half an hour or until chicken is golden brown. Serve garnished with sauces and chutney.

Aalo Bukhare Wali Chicken

Ingredients

Bone less chicken-----1 kg
Allo bukhare------1 cup
Badam(kate huye)---------- 2 tbsp
Shehad---------2 tbsp
Sufaid til ----------1 tsp
Sabz dhnya (chop) ------------ 2 tbsp
Darchini ---------1 inch
Zarda ka rung chutki bhar
Narangi ya lemon ke chilke (bareek kate huye) aik khane ka chamcha
Podinah 1 khane ka chamcha

Mari Nation ke Ijza
Piaz (pisi huyi)--------- 2 adad drmiani
Lehsan ke jawe (chop)------- 1 tbsp
Pisa hua adrak------ 1 tbsp
Pisi huyi siah mirch----------- ½ tsp
Nampak------- hasbe zaiqa
Zafran -----------¼ tsp
Cooking oil ------2 tbsp

Procedure

Bowl mein gosht aur merination ke tamam ajza daal kar achi tarah milaein . Km az km 2 hours ke liye gosht ko fridge mein rakh dein

Bare frying pan ya karahi mein oil garam kar ke gosht dal kar bhoon lein. Chicken ka pani khushk ho jaye to achi tarah bhoon kar lemon ya narangi ke chilke , 1tbsp chop sbz dhanya aur dar chini daal kar mix karein. Baking dish mein daal kar aluminum foil se dhak dein.

Pehle se 160 0C garam oven mein 25 minute ke liye bake karein.

Pan mein aalo bukhare, shehad aur aik cup pani daal kar pkne rakh dein, jb aalo bukhare narm par jayein aur pani bhi km ho kar sauce ki shakal ikhtiar kar le to chicken ko oven se nikal kar is sauce mein dal kar 5 minute pakayein.

Bqyah sbz dhanya daal kar chulha band kar dein. Chicken wing dish mein nikal kar badam aur podine mein garnishing karein.
