Under cut beef---------700gm
Kali mirch(black pepper)---------- 6
Tej patta (bay leaf) ----------2
Celery ki dhanthal ------2(koot lein)
Lecs------- 2 (koot lein)
Gajar kay tukray (carrot) --------12
Choti piaz ya (walking onion)-------- 12
Band gobi (cabbage)----- 1 small piece
Aloo (potato) ----1 kg (cheel kar tos ki tarah kaat lein)
Italian biking Sausage--------1

Method

Chicken ko saaf kar kay isay kisi bari degchi mein daal kar chulhay par rakhein sath hi gosht, kali mirch aur sabz masalah yani celery aur leks bhi shamil kar dein aur is mein itna pani daalein keh halki aanch par taqreeban 1 ½ ghantay tak pak sakay.

Is kay baad is mein tamam sabziyan aur sausage bhi shamil kar dein aur itna pani dalein keh pani sabziyon kay oper aajaye.

In tamam cheezon ko chulhay ki darmiyani aanch par paknay dein hatta keh gosht aur sabziyan gal jayein.

Ab gosht, chicken aur sausage ko patili say nikal kar kisi tray mein rakhein.

Ab chicken aur gosht kay tukray kay patlay patlay parchay banaiye isi tarah sausage kay bhi aik aik inch kay tukray kaat lein.

Gosht ko garam plate par rakhein( woh plate jis mein khana garam rehta hai) sabziyon ko bhi degchi say nikal kar gosht kay charon taraf saja dein.

Golden Chicken in Yogurt Gravy

Ingredients

Chicken legs--------8
Dahi -----------2cup
Namak --------hasbe zaiqa
Pisi huyi siyah mirch--------1/2 sp
Piaz(onion chop) ----------1
Lehsan ke jawe (chop)--------2
Pisa hua dhanya--------1 tsp
Sar cream--------1 tsp
Sabz dhanya (chop) --------1tbsp
Vegetable oil ---------hasbe zaiqa

Method

Gehre bowl mein chicken, 1 cup dahi, namak aur siyah mirch daal kar achi tarah mix karein, payale ko food raping sheet se core kar ke 3-4 ghanton ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.

Gril marinate par brush ki madad se oil lagayein, phir on kar ke chicken legs is ke oper tarteeb se rakh dein. Darmiyan mein waqfe waqfe se oil lagate jayein.

Kante ki madad se check karein gosht andar tak mokammal gal jaye to legs ko utar lein.

Pan mein 1 tbsp oil garam karein, piaz golden fry karein, is mein pisa hua dhanya aur lehsan daal kar dhimi aanch par do se teen minute pakayein. Chamcha mosalsal chalate jayein.

Food prose sore mein onion, garlic ka mixture, 1 cup dahi aur sabz dhanya daal kar grind kar lein, pan mein yeh puri daal kar sar cream, hasbe zaiqah namak aur black pepper chirak kar 5 minute pakayein.
