Ingredients

Chicken --1/2 kg
Pyaz(Onion) --2
Tomato --2
Pisa hua lehsan (garlic paste)--1 tbsp
Pisi huyi adrak(ginger paste) --1 tbsp
Hari mirch( green chilly)--2
Laal mirch (red chilly)--1 tsp
Dhanya(coriander)--1 tsp
Jeera (Cumin)--1 tsp
Pisi huyi methi-2 tsp
Dahi (yogurt)--1/2 cup
Salt--hasbe zaiqa
Oil--as required

Method


Tail mein pyaaz daal kar halki brown kar lein. Ab is mein lehsan aur adrak ka aamezah daal kar halka sa bhunein.

Is ke baad chicken daal kar bhunein yahan tak keh brown ho jaye. Sath tamam masalhe bhi daal dein, phir hari mirch aur tamatar daal dein aur ise bhunne ke liye chor dein.

Jab yeh achi tarah bhun jaye to dahi shamil kar ke methi aur adrak ke slice dalein aur 2 minute tak dam par rakh dein. Spicy chicken karahi tiyar hai.

Butter Chicken in Hindi

Ingredients

Bone less chicken--1/2 kg
Pisa hua lehsan aur adrak (garlic, ginger paste)--2 tsp
Hari pyaz(green onion)--2 chop
Dahi(Yogurt)--1/2 cup
Fresh cream--1/2 cup
Pisi huyi laal mirch( red chilly powder)--1 tsp
Pisa hua sufaid jeera (cumin)--1 1 chamcha
Pisa hua garam masala--1 tsp
Kali mirch (black pepper) --1 chutki
Tej patta (Bay leaf)--1 adad
Tamatar ka aameza--1 cup
Lemon juice--2 tsp
Makhan(butter)--2 tsp
Corn flour--2 tbsp
Tail(oil) --2 tbsp

Method

Aik degchi mein tail ko drmiyani aanch par aik se do minute garam karein aur is mein hari pyaz ke sufaid hisse ko halka sa narm hone tak talein.

Ab is mein butter, lemon juice, adrak aur lehsan, garam masala, laal mirch, jeera aur tej patta shamil kar lein. Ise chamche se chalate hue aik do minute bhunein.

Ab tamatar sauce daal kar do minute pakayein, phir is mein dahi aur cream mila kar chamch chalayein. Aanch dhimi kar ke das minute ke liye chor dein is doran wqfe waqfe se chamch chalti rahein.

chulhe se utar kar namak aur kali mirch mila lein. Ab karahi ya bhari pende ki degchi mein tail ko drmiani aanch par do teen minute tak garam kar ke is mein chicken ki botyon ko golden hone tak fry kar lein.

Aach halki kar ke garam masala daalein aur do se teen chamche sauce daal kar khushk hone tak chicken tal lein. Is ke baad ise pehle se bane huye sauce mein shamil kar lein.

Corn flour ko ¾ spoon pani mein mila kar is sauce mein dalein aur phir 5, 7 minute tak pakayein, garha hone par chulhe se utar lein aur hari piyaz chirak kar uble huye chawalon ke sath pesh karein.
