Qima mein hari mirchein, hara dhanya, adrak, lemon juice, namak aur aik anda mila lein aur aadhe ghante ke liye rakh dein.
Aadhe ghante baad is ke 8-10 lambe kabab bana lein aur thore tail mein fry kar lein. Zidah fry nahi karna hai.

Method in English
Mince, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, lemon, salt and egg mix and keep for half an hour. After half hour make 8-10 long kabab and fry in oil. Don't fry more.
Now in oven based dish boiled rice well spread out. Put the kabab around it. In the middle of the empty space between the dish and put the eggs bake to at least ten minutes.
Pour one tbsp of butter on it. Serve hot. Keep oven temperature at 150 °C. Let the delicious kebabs are ready.
