Ingredients

chicken jalfrezi

Chicken beghair haddi 1 kg

(chotay chotay tukaray kar lein)

Adrak pisa hua 1 tsp

Piaz bareek kati huyi 2

Tomato 6

Sabz mirch bareek kati huyi 15

Anday (egg boil) 2tukray kar lein

Kali mirch(black pepper) 1 ½ tsp

Adrak (ginger) lambi kaat lein 10

Ajina moto ½ tsp

Method

Oil mein pehlay chicken daal kar fry kar lein phir isay nikal lein.

Isi oil mein piaz dalein aur is ko halka sa fry kar lein. Phir is mein dobarah chicken daal dein.

Is mein teen chotay chotay tomato daal dein. Jab tomato achi tarah ghul jayein to is mein namak kali mirch aur adrak daal dein phir is mein sabz mirchein dalein aur achi tarah bhunein.

Phir anday dalein aur aakhir mein dobarah sabz mirchein aur lambi adrak aur tomato daal kar do minute fry kar kay utar lein aur thora sa ajino moto daal dein. Lazeez chicken jalfareiz taiyar hai.

Chicken and Pineapple Stir Fry in Urdu

Ingredients

Boneless chicken (stir piece mein kati huyi) ---- ½ kg
Pineapple ----- ½ cup
Adrak--- (kado kash kia hua) 1 tsp
Lehsan key jawe (chop) 2
Onion chop----1
Red Bell Peppers (lambayi mein kati huyi)------ 1
Oyster sauce -------1 tbsp
Soya sauce---------1 tbsp
Chili sauce----- 1 tsp
Namak -----
Corn Flore ------2 tsp
Pani ------ 2 tbsp
Cooking oil-------2 tbsp

Method

Pan mein 1 tbsp oil garam kar key adrak,lehsan, piyaz daal kar aik minute fry karein, phir bell pepper aur pine apple bhi shamil kar dein, micture piyale mein daal dein aur isi pan mein 1 tbsp oil garam kar key chicken daal kar chalayein.

Oyster sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce bhi shamil karein, kuch minute chicken pakne dein, chicken fry ho jaye to oyster fry sabziyan chicken mein mila dein.

Piyali mein 2 tbsp pani mein corn flore mila kar mixture mein shamil karein aur gravy mein ubal aate hi serving dish mein nikal lein.
