Chicken Baray

Ingredients

White lentil (mash dal)- 1 cup, soaked then ground
Green chillies-3-4 , thinly chopped
Ginger -1 tspthinly , chopped
Chicken mince - 1/2 cup
Cumin-1 tsp, ground
Black pepper- 1 tsp, crushed
Green coriander- 1 tsp, thinly chopped
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Curry leaves- 3-4, crushed
Oil-for frying

Method

Soak daal for, at least 2 hours then grind it. In the ground daal, add green chilies, ginger, black pepper, curry leaves, salt baking soda cumin, coriander.

Mix well and keep this mixture aside for half an hour.

Then add chicken mince in it and in a frying pan add oil, take out a little mixture in your palms.

Give it round shape. Make a hole in the centre with the help of a finger. Heat oil in a pan and fry the baras.

Funky Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken (chipte pasande) -------- ½ kg
Namak------- hasbe zaiqa
Lehsan pisa hua--------- 1 tsp
Kali mirch ( pisi huyi) -------- 1tsp
Vinegar --------- 2 tbsp
Soya sauce ---- 2tbsp
Coating key Liye
Honey ------------- ½ cup
Pani ---------- ½ cup
Cooking oil

Method


Chicken mein namak, lehsan, kali mirch, vinegar aur soya sauce laga ka ½ se 1 ghante key liye fridge mein rakh dein.

1 piyale mein honey aur pani achi tarah mila kar rakh lein aur aik cup mein corn flex rakhein.

Chicken key pasandon ko pehle shehad (honey) wale aamezah mein dip karein phir corn flex mein achi tarah lather kar 15-20 minute key liye fridge mein rakh dein.

Karahi mein darmiyani aanch par 3-4 minute tak oil ko garam kar key in pasnadon ko golden fry kar key tissue paper ya khaki kaghaz par nikal lein takeh oil achi tarah jazb ho jaye.

Mustard Mayonnaise banana key liye aik cup Mayonnaise mein 1 tsp mustard achi tarah milayein.
