|Chicken breast piece---2 cut into small piece
Pineapple cubes---1 small tin
Vinegar ---2 tbsp
White pepper powder---1/2 tsp
Salt ---to taste
Sugar ---1 tbsp ground
Almond ----1/2 tbsp, peeled
Lemon ----3, for juice
Ginger/garlic paste---1/2 tsp
In a saucepan, add salt, pasta and 1 tsp oil and boil to avoid pasta from sticking together. When pasta softens a little, remove from heat and wash with cold water.
In a separate saucepan, Add chicken pieces and 1/2 tsp salt, pepper and ginger/garlic paste and boil chicken till tenderize.
Roast after the water evaporates. Now take a dish and first spread a layer of pasta and then chicken, add pine apple pieces and juice and the remaining ingredients and keep in the refrigerator to cool.
Chicken Hawaiian Salad
Chicken breasts--4 boiled with seasoning
Pine apple slices--2
Tomato/lettuce leaf/ salad leave---for garnishing
Salt and pepper-- to taste
Boil chicken, and then cut in julienne. Add salt and pepper, pineapple pieces and mayonnaise.
Take a bowl and arrange in with salad leaves.
Place the prepared salad in the bowl garnish with pine apple slice, lettuce and tomato rose.
