Maash ki Daal K Dahi Baray

Ingredients:

Dahi (curd)

Daal mash

Lehson (garlic)

Piaz (onion)

Adarak (ginger)

Namak (salt)

Surkh mirch (chili powder)

Zira siyah

Mitha soda

Oil

250gm

some pieces

1 spoon

½ tea spoon

1 spoon

1 chutki

hasbe zaroorat

 

Cooking Directions:

Daal ko dho kar bhigo dain. Chand ghanton kay baad ise sil par bareek pees lein. Lehson, piaz, adrak, surkh mirch, namak bhi alag se sil par pisne ke baad daal mein mila dain, iss mein khane ka mitha soda bhi shamil kar dain. Ab karahi mein oil garam karein aur daal ke baray bana kar talain. Surkh hone par inn baron ko nikal lein aur namak pani mein unhain daalte jayain. Jab yeh narm ho jayain to inhain nakal lain aur donon hathelyon ki madad se aahistagi se daba kar in ka pani nikal dain, kheyal rahe keh baray tootne na payain.
Aik chamcha namak, ½ chamcha pisi hoyi surkh mirch aur zira siah pees kar dahi mein shamil kar dain aur isey achi tarah phaint lein. Ab baray pani se nikaal kar dahi mein daal dain. Dahi baray taiyar hain.
