Pomfret Fish Fry

Pomfret fish --½ kg hasbe zaiqa, Ghee --½ cups, Sirka (vinegar) , Anday (eggs)---2, Salt and red chily -----hasbe zarurat and Adrak (ginger)----½ chatak. Fish ko achi tarah saaf kar kay barabar barabar tukray kar kay aik ghanta kay liye sirkay mein bhigo kar rakh dein.

Machli ka Salan

Fish meat---- 1 kg, Ghee---- 100gm, Yakhni---- 2 cup, Corn flour---- 2 sp, Tomato-------- 250gm, Maida----- 1 sp, Gun powder souce----- 7 sp, Salt------ hasbe zaiqa, Pisi huyi surkh mirch ---hasbe zaiqa. Fish kay hasbe mansha tukray kar lein in par namak aur maidah laga kar thori der kay liye rakh dein.

Fish Tikka

Machli ka gosht (beghair kantay)------ 250 gm, Lehsan (garlic)-----------10 gm, Piaz(onion) -----------75gm, Surkh mirch (red chili)---------1 sp, Nampak (salt) ------ ½ sp, Corn flour------ 1 sp, Ghee -----75 gm, Anday (egg) -------2. Machli kay gosh ki choti choti botyan(small pieces) banayein aur pani say dhokar rakh dein.

Tali Hui Machli

Rehu fish--- 1 (taqreeban ½ kg), Tamatar (tomato)--- 2, Piaz (onion)---1, Lehsan (garlic)---4 jawe, Mustered oil ya ghee--- 3 tbsp, Green chili ---3, Kishmish--- 1tbsp, Salt, Black pepper--- hasbe zaiqa, Rayi--- thori si, Bread ka khushk chura--- thora sa. Fish ko saaf kar aky sabit hi rehnay dein. Is par namak black pepper aur rayi chirak dein.

Sabit Machli Talna

Machli(fish)--- 1 kg, Ghee ----hasbay zaroorat, Green chilly--- 4, Adrak(ginger) ---10 gm, Lehsan(garlic)----6, Red chili---- 1 sp, Hara dhanya(coriander leaves)--- chand pattiyan, Podina(mint)---- chand pattinyan, Namak (salt) ----1 sp. Machli is tarah saaf karein keh woh sabit rahay lehsan aur adrak cheel kar kuchal lein. Tamam ajza sil par khoob achi tarah pess lein.

Baked Thai Fish With Thai Rice

Fish---2-3, whole, Garlic paste---1 tsp, Soya sauce---4 tsp, Brown sugar---4 tsp, Salt---as required, Butter---1 tsp and Green chilli paste---1 tsp. To prepare rice, heat butter in a pan. Add rice, coconut milk, water and salt. Cook until the rice is tender.

Fish finger Recipe

Bone less fish ke tukron par anda, adrak lehsan paste, namak, ketchup, hara dhanya, kali mirch, laal mirch aur mustered powder laga kar kuch der ke liye rakh dein.

Jhinge ka Salan

Jhingay (prawn) ½ kg, Tamatar 100gm, Adrak 10 gm, Lehsan 4 jawe, Piaz 125 gm, Surkh mirch( red chili) 2 small sp, Haldi (turmeric) pao bhar, Pisa hua naryal(coconut powder) 1 sp, Ghee 125 gm, Nampak (salt) hasbe mansha, Sufaid zirah (cumin seeds)1 sp.............

Fish Fry
Fish meat--------- ½ kg, Anday (Egg)-------2, Sirkah(vinegar)------ 4 tbsp, Nishastah-------- 1 sp, Adrak kar ras(ginger juice) ---1 sp, Chini(sugar)------4 sp, Namak(salt) ----- Aik cup mein anday phaint kar rakh dein. Fish kay gosht ko char tukron mein kaat kar rakhein is kay baad aik bartan mein nishastah aur pani daal kar khoob achi tarah milaein.

Fish Curry Lemongrass
Boneless fish fillers –1kg, Piaz (onion chop) -----3, Adrak, lehsan ka pest---------1tbsp, Namak ---------hasbe zaiqa, Haldi(turmeric)---------1tsp, Lemon grass (chop) ------1 tbsp, Sirka(vinegar) 2 tbsp, Tomato chop-----------2, Sabz dhanya (chop) -------2tbsp and Cooking oil---1/4cup. Fish fillers ko straps mein kaat lein, pan mein oil garam kar ke kuch minute ke liye machli ko pakayein, machli naram ho jaye to plate mein nikal lein.

Fish Karahi

Fish meat--- ½ kg, Besan--- 125 gm, Ghee--- hasbe zarurat, Green chili--- 6, Haldi (turmeric) --- ½ sp, Adrak (ginger)--- 10gm, Piaz (onion) ---50gm, Hara dhanya podina (Coriander leaves and mint), Lehsan (garlic)---- 6 jawe, Surkh mirch (red chili) ---hasbe mansha and Namak zirah sufaid--- hasbe mansha. Lehsan, piaz aur adrak cheel kar bareek kaat lein machli ka gosh chotay tukron mein kaat lein.

Hari Machli

Fish Flay-----------10, Namak-----hasbe zaiqa, Lemon juice------1/2 cup, Marination key ajza, Dahi—1/2 cup
Lehsan key jawe(kuchle huye)- ---6, Namak ----hasbe zaiqa, Sabz mirchein (chop) ----6, Sabz dhanya (chop) --------3 tbsp and Cooking oil-----hasbe zaroorat
. Gehre bowl mein fish flay par namak aur ½ lemon juice Mila kar 15 minute key liye yunhi chor dein.

Fish Normandy

Bekti fish-----------½ kg, Salt------- hasbay zaiqa, Ajinomoto, Corn flour------- 2 tbsp, Taza cream--------50gm, Olive oil, Mushroom white--------- 1 packet, Green olive--------- chand danay, Black olive -------chand danay and Souce kay liye . Fish mein say gosht alag karnay kay baad jo haddiyan bachein. In haddiyon mein namak, kali mirch, long, piaz, gajar aur celery waghairah daal kar yakhni taiyar kar lein.
