Ingredients

Fish---2-3, whole
Garlic paste---1 tsp
Soya sauce---4 tsp
Brown sugar---4 tsp
Salt---as required
Butter---1 tsp
Green chilli paste---1 tsp

Ingredients for Rice

Rice---2 cups, soaked in water
Coconut milk---1 cup
Water---1/2 cups
Salt ---as required
Butter---1 tbsp

Method

To prepare rice, heat butter in a pan. Add rice, coconut milk, water and salt. Cook until the rice is tender.

For fish, clean and wash the fish, then mix all the ingredients and spread on the fish, mix well and keep for 5 hours. Before baking pre-heat oven on 180 0C.

Grease the baking tray. Bake the fish until it is cooked well. Serve with thai rice.

Fish Fingers Recipe in Urdu

Ingredients

Tarter Sauce

Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Achari khira (thin chop) 1 tbsp
Achari piaz (thin chop) 1 tbsp
Hara dhanya (thin chop) 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Tartar sauce ke liye aik cup mein mayonnaise, bareek achari piaz, bareek kata hua hara dhanya aur lemon juice daal kar achi tarah mix kar lein. Tarter sauce tiyar hai.

Fish Finger ke Liye

Machli ke tukre begair kanton ke (boneless fish pieces)--- 1/2 kg
Anda (Egg) ---1
Adrak, lehsan (ginger, garlic paste)--- 1 tsp
Namak (salt) ----1 tsp
Ketchup--- 1 tbsp
Hara dhanya (green coriander) bareek kata hua ----1 tbsp
Kali mirch (black pepper powder) ---1/2 tsp
Laal mirch powder (red chilli powder)--- 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder--- 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs as required
Tail (oil) tlne ke liye


Bone less fish ke tukron par anda, adrak lehsan paste, namak, ketchup, hara dhanya, kali mirch, laal mirch aur mustered powder laga kar kuch der ke liye rakh dein. Phir ise bread crumbs mein lapeit kar garam tail mein deep fry kar lein. Golden ho jayein to nikal kar tarter sauce aur french fries ke sath pesh karein.
