Fish meat--------- ½ kg

Anday (Egg)-------2

Sirkah(vinegar)------ 4 tbsp

Nishastah-------- 1 sp

Adrak kar ras(ginger juice) ---1 sp

Chini(sugar)------4 sp

Namak(salt) -----1

Method


1. Aik cup mein anday phaint kar rakh dein.

2. Fish kay gosht ko char tukron mein kaat kar rakhein is kay baad aik bartan mein nishastah aur pani daal kar khoob achi tarah milaein.

3. Bartan ko cholhay par rakh dein halki aanch par hilatay huye is mein sugar aur sirkah kay 2 sp daal dein aur mosalsal hilatay rahein jab tak keh aameizay garha ho jaye.

4. Is kay baad cup mein nikal kar rakh dein takeh thanda ho jaye.

5. 15 minute kay baad is mein fish kay tukray daal kar milayein aur thori der kay liye paray rehnay dein.

6. Is kay baad is mein baqi ijza kay sath phaintain huye anday bhi daal dein aur fish kay tukray ulat palat kartay huye rakehin.

7. Ab aik fry pan ya khulay munh walay bartan mein ghee ya oil daal kar garam karein.

8. Is mein fish kay qatlay dalkar talein jab in ki rangat sunahri ho jaye to chalni say bahir nikalein plate mein tissue paper bicha kar oper qatlay rakehin aur khanay kay liye pesh karein.

Fish Curry Lemongrass in Urdu

Ingredients
Boneless fish fillers –1kg
Piaz (onion chop) -----3
Adrak, lehsan ka pest---------1tbsp
Namak ---------hasbe zaiqa
Haldi(turmeric)---------1tsp
Lemon grass (chop) ------1 tbsp
Sirka(vinegar) 2 tbsp
Tomato chop-----------2
Sabz dhanya (chop) -------2tbsp
Cooking oil---1/4cup

Method
Fish fillers ko straps mein kaat lein, pan mein oil garam kar ke kuch minute ke liye machli ko pakayein, machli naram ho jaye to plate mein nikal lein.

Isi pan mein adrak, lehsan ka pest aur piaz daal kar 5 minute pakne dein.

Is gravy mein machli aur aik cup pani daal kar machli mokammal gal jane tak pakayein.

Tamatar shamil kar ke das minute pakayein, serving dish mein nikal kar sabz dhanya chirak dein.
