Ingredients

Bekti fish-----------½ kg
Salt---------- hasbay zaiqa
Ajinomoto
Corn flour------- 2 tbsp
Taza cream--------50gm
Olive oil
Mushroom white--------- 1 packet
Green olive--------- chand danay
Black olive -------chand danay
Souce kay liye

Method

1. Fish mein say gosht alag karnay kay baad jo haddiyan bachein.

2. In haddiyon mein namak, kali mirch, long, piaz, gajar aur celery waghairah daal kar yakhni taiyar kar lein.

3. Yakhni taiyar ho jaye to is mein fresh cream, namak, mirch, mushroom black aur green mushroom daal dein.

4. Mushroom aur olive ko dalnay say qabal chota chota sa kaat lein ya kuchal lein.

5. Mushroom aur olive mein say aadhi bacha lein takeh sajanay kay kaam aasakehin.

6. Fish ko dho kar ubal lein.

7. Fish ko kisi plate mein nikal kar is par yakhni say jo sauce banaya gia hai, woh daal dein.

8. Sajawat kay liye jo mushroom aur olive bacha kar rakhi thi, woh is kay oper saja dein aur isay garam garam chawalon kay sath tanawal farmayein.

9. Agar chahein to is par lemon juice bhi nichor sakti hain yeh France dish hai.
