Ingredients

Jhingay (prawn) ---- ½ kg

Tamatar -----100gm

Adrak -----10 gm

Lehsan ----4 jawe

Piaz -------125 gm

Surkh mirch( red chili----- 2 small sp

Haldi (turmeric)---- pao bhar

Pisa hua naryal(coconut powder) ----1 sp

Ghee----- 125 gm

Nampak (salt)----- hasbe mansha

Sufaid zirah (cumin seeds)----1 sp

Method

1. Sab say pehlay jhignon(prawn) kay chilkay utar kar saaf karein.

2. Dho kar is mein namak aur haldi laga kar rakh dein.

3. Is kay baad lehsan piaz aur adrak cheel kar kaat lein.

4. Phir aik bartan mein ghee daal kar cholhay par rakhein is mein piaz surkh karein.

5. Is mein tamam pisa hua masalah daal kar sathi hi is mein jhingay(prawn) daal dein aur tomato bhi shamil karein adrak aur lehsan kay tukray bhi daal dein phir is mein aik cup pani daal kar darmiani aanch par pakayein.

6. Jab is mein say pani khushk honay lagay to dam lagayein aur thori der kay baad chulhay say nichey utar lein.

7. Jhingon(prawn) ka mazedar salan taiyar hai.
