Ingredients

Rehu fish--- 1 (taqreeban ½ kg)

Tamatar (tomato)--- 2

Piaz (onion)---1

Lehsan (garlic)---4 jawe

Mustered oil ya ghee--- 3 tbsp

Green chili ---3

Kishmish--- 1tbsp

Salt

Black pepper--- hasbe zaiqa

Rayi--- thori si

Bread ka khushk chura--- thora sa

Method

1. Fish ko saaf kar aky sabit hi rehnay dein.

2. Is par namak black pepper aur rayi chirak dein.

3. Phir bread kay khushk churay mein lapait kar ubaltay huye tail mein is had tak bhoon lein keh is kay donon pehloo sabz rugat ikhtiyar kar lein.

4. Ab piaz aur tamatar alag alag kutar kar teen chamchay ghee ya oil mein bhoon lein.

5. Phir is mein lehsan kay jawe pees kar aur sabz mirch bareek kutar kar kishmish sameit daal dein.

6. Fish is mein halki aanch par pakayein hatta keh narm ho jaye isay kaat kar haray dhanye ki pattiyon kay sath pesh karein.

Sabit Machli Talna

Ingredients

Machli(fish)--- 1 kg

Ghee ----hasbay zaroorat

Green chilly--- 4

Adrak(ginger) ---10 gm

Lehsan(garlic)----6

Red chili---- 1 sp

Hara dhanya(coriander leaves)--- chand pattiyan

Podina(mint)---- chand pattinyan

Namak (salt) ----1 sp

Method

Machli is tarah saaf karein keh woh sabit rahay lehsan aur adrak cheel kar kuchal lein.

Tamam ajza sil par khoob achi tarah pess lein.

Machli ko saaf kar kay donon atraf lambayi kay rukh churi say nishan lagayein nishan itnay gehray na lagayein keh machli toot jaye.

Machli par namak laga kar 2 ghantay kay liye rakh dein Machli (fish) ko dho kar tamam pisa hua masalah is kay andar bahir achi tarah laga kar aik ghanta tak rakhein takeh masalah jazb ho jaye

Ab fry pan mein ghee dal kar garam karein. Phir garam kiye huye ghee mein halki aanch par das minute tak intehayi halki aanch par rakhnay kay baad machli ko ahtiyat say paltayein(turn) takeh toot na jaye.

Fry pan ko aahistah aahistah hilatay rahein takeh machli jal na jaye.

Isi tarah jab machli ka tamam pani khushk ho jaye aur woh gal kar theek tarah fry ho jaye to nikal kar plate mein sajayein aur salad kay sath khanay kay liye pesh karein.
