Ingredients

Nehari gost ---1kg
Gudey wali haddiyan---2 pieces
Piaz ----2 pieces
Lehsan adrak---1/1 tbsp grand
Dahi (curd) ---250 gm
Dhanya---1tbsp grand
Sufaid zira---½ tbsp
Rayi---1tbsp
Sonf ---1tbsp
Sonth ---1 pinch
Darchini ---1 big piece
Red chili powder ---2tbsp
Haldi ---½ khane ka chamcha
Garam masalha ---1 ghane ka chamch
Aata---2 tbsp
Besan----2 tbsp
Pisa huwa garam masalha
----1 tbsp

Method


Piaz ko bareek kaat kar oil ya ghee mein fry kar lain, jab sunahri mayal brown ho jayein to iss mein se adhi piaz aur oil nikaal kar alaihda rakh lain.

Baaqi piaz mein gost, adrak, lehsan, haldi, namak, aur baqi ka sara masalha pees kar aadha masalha daal dain jab pani khushk ho jaye to iss mein dahi phaint kar dalain.

Besan ko tawey par bhoon lain phir iss ko aik cup pani mein ghol lain, jab nehari mein achi tarah boil aaney lage to iss mein ghula hua besan daal kar achi tarah pakayain phir chulah ki aanch dhimi kardain.

Baqi ka masalha bhi daal dain, ab iss mein garam masalha daal dain aur iss ko 3 or 4 ghantey key liye chor dain

Aakhir mein alihda rakhey hoe piaz aur ghi ka baghar lagayain ab aap ki nehari ki dish taiyaar hai. Haddiyon ko ubaal kar in ka guda nikal lain aur khaney se qabal nehari mein daal dain.
