Adrak ki Chai

Doodh (Milk)-1 cup
Chai patti(tea leaves) -1tsp
Chini (suger)
Long (clove)- 2

Method

Aik pan mein pani, adrak, long aur sabz alaichi daal kar aik ubaal aane tak pakayein, phir doodh daal kar aik minut paka kar chaye ki patti daal dein aur mazed 1 se 2 minute ke liye paka kar chulhe se utar lein. Cup mein daal kar hasb e zaiqah chini daal kar nosh karein. Adrak ki sadi chaye ke liye darchini aur long istemaal na karein.

Kashmiri Chai

Sabz chaye ki patti(green tea leaves)-1 tbsp
Long (clove)-4
Dalchini (cinamon)-1 piece
Badyaan ka phool-1
Alaichi (Cardamom)-4 ya 5
Khane ka soda (baking powder) - 1 pinch
Namak(salt)-1 pinch
Sakkar(Sugar)-as required
Doodh (milk)-1 kg
Pani (water)-4 cup
Badam, pistah (almond, pistachio)-as required

Method

Aik baray pan mein 4 cup pani daal dein, ab is mein sabz chai ki patti, long, darchini, badyaan ke phool, alchi, namak daal kar ubaal lein, jab pani ubalne lagay to is mein soda daal kar achi tarah pheint lein, yahan tak keh pani ka rung surkh ho jaye , is ko itna pakayein keh pani khushk ho kar 1 se 1 1/2 cup rah jaye. Ab is mein doodh aur chini shamil kar ke pakayein, badam piste pees kar shamil karein aur garma garam pesh karein.

Sabz Chai

Doodh (Milk) ½ kg
Chai ki patti (tea) - 6 tbsp
Pani (water) - 4 litter
Sabz elaichi (Green Cardamom) - 6
Badam (Almond)-10
Pista(pishtacho)- 6
Chini (Sugar) - as required


Method


Pani garam kar ke chai ki patti dalein. Khoob ublne dein. Kisi dongay se pheintein takeh patti ka rung theek tarah se nikal aaye. 20 minute tak aisa karne ke baad is mein doodh sabz elaichi aur chini hasb zaroorat daal dein. Mazeed 10 minute tak pakane ke baad niche utar lein aur garam garam cup mein dalein. Ab pistah, badam ko bareek kar ke choora sa banayein aur mix kar ke har pyale ke oper thora thora sa daal kar pine ke liye pesh karein.
