Bajre ka aata---------hasbe zaroorat
Ghee --------hasbe zaroorat

Method


Bajre ke aate ko garam pani se khoob achi tarah hathili se daba daba kar goondein aur drmiyana size ka pera bana kar qadra moti roti bel lein.

Hlki aach par donon janaib se ulat palat kar sekein. Plt’te huye ahtiyat rakhein kiun keh bajre ki roti bari jaldi toot jati hai.

Seinkte huye kheyal rahe ke andar se roti kachi na rah jaye. Senkne ke baad roti ke oper thora sa ghee laga dein aur fori garam garam khane ke liye pesh karein.

Mooli ka Paratha Recipe in Urdu- Hindi

Ingredients

Aata (Flour)---- 1kg
Mooli(radish)---- ½ kg
Namak(salt)--- hasbe zaiqah
Surkh mirch(red chilly)----(kati huyi hasbe zaiqah
Zirah(Cumin)----- 1 tsp
Hara dhanya (coriander leaves)----- 1 gaddi
Hari mirchein(green chilli)------ 4-6
Podina(mint)---- aik gaddi
Tail ya ghee----- hasbe zaroorat

Method

Aate mein namak daal kar goondh lein aur moolyon ko cheel kar kaddo kash kar lein. Ab hari mirchein, hara dhanya aur podina bareek bareek kutar lein.

Ziray ko tawe par halka sa bhoon kar mota mota koot lein aur yeh sab ajza kaddu kash ki huyi moli mein mila dein. Phir namak aur kati huyi surkh mirch bhi shamil kar lein. Goondhe huye aate ke chote chote pere bana lein.

Aik pere ko phaila kar belein aur is par mooli ka masalah pheila kar rakhein. Doosra pera phaila kar aur zara sa bail kar pehle pere ke oper rakhein.

Achi tarah daba kar kinare band kar dein.

Tez aanch par tawa garam kar ke aanch halki kar dein. Aur paratha daal kar halki halki aanch par donon taraf se seikehin.

Is ke baad dono janib halka halka ghee lagayein aur ulat palat kar utar lein. Mazeedar mooli ka paratha taiyar hai. Aap bhi moliyon ke season ka faida uthate huye is tarkeeb ko aazmayein aur mosam ka lutf uthayein. Mooli ke parathon ko hasbe pasand chatni, catch up ya tali huyi mirchon ke sath nosh karein.
