Lebanese Roll Recipe in Urdu and Hindi

Keema -------- ½ kg
Potato--------- 2 cup
Marar ( boil) 2 cup
Carrot (boil) --- 1
Mecroni (boil) 1 cup
Pisa hua adrak lehsan---------- 1 tbsp
Namak------- habe zaiqa
Kali mirch kati huyi--------- 1 sp
Hari mirchein ( bareek kati huyi) 3-4
Hara dhanya(bareek kata hua ) -------- ½ gaddi
Anday --------- 2
Bread slice----------- hasbe zaroorat
Oil--------- talne key liye

Procedure

Keema mein adrak lehsan, namak aur kali mirch daal kar halki aanch par itni der pakayei keh is ka apna pani khushk ho jaye.

Boil potato, pea, carrot, macaroni ko kaante ki madad se mash kar lein. Keemah ko thanda kar key in tamam cheezon ko is mein mila dein.

Hari mirchein aur hara dhanya mila kar 10-15 minute key liye fridge mein rakh dein, phir is key chote chote roll ki shakal key kabab bana lein.

Bowl mein andon ko pheint kar is mein chutki bhar namak aur kali mirch milayein aur aik plate mein dabal roti ka chura rakh lein Lebanese kabab ko pehle anday mein dip karein phir bread key chure mein achi tarah lapeit kar do barah se 10 minute key liye fridge mein rakh dein.

Karahi mein oil ko darmiyanah aanch par 3 se 4 minute garam karein aur in roll ko golden fry kar lein.

Tomato ketchup key sath garam garam pesh karein.
