Ingredients


Moong ki daal ----- ½ kg

Anday (eggs) -----4

Lemon

Piaz(onion)----- hasbe zarurat

Hara Dahanya (coriander leaf)

Podinah (Mint)

Ghee

Procedure

Daal dho kar chara dein pani itna daal dein keh daal gal jaye.

Ab is mein namak, red chili, masalah , lehsan piaz daal dein jab pani achi tarah khshk ho jaye to utar lein seel par bareek pees lein.

Hari mirch, hara dhanya podinah bareek bareek kaat kar kabab wali daal mein mila lein.

Lemon bhi daal dein ab kabab bana kar pheintay huye andon kay donon taraf laga kar fry pan mein ghee daal kar tal lein nehayat khastah aur lazeez kabab taiyar hon gay.

Mangodi ki Sabzi

Mong ki daal ---1 cup
Pisi huyi surkh mirch-----1/2 tbsp
Namak(salt)-------hasbe zaiqa
Sabit dhanya--------1/2 tsp
Heeng chutki bhar
Pisa hua dhanya-----1/2 tsp
Haldi----1/4 tsp
Sukhi khatayi------- ½ tsp
Sabz dhanya chop------1 tbsp
Cooking oil------hasbe zaroorat


Procedure


Daal dho kar 30 minute key liye gehre bowl mein pani daal kar bhigo dein, grinder mein daal, namak aur surkh mirch daal kar grind kar lien. Pest bowl mein nikal lein.

Karahi mein oil garam karein aur mong ki daal ki choti choti balls shelo fry talein pan mein do 2 tbsp oil garam kar key sabit zirah aur dhanya daal kar kar karayein.

Heeng aur pisa hua dhanya bhi shamil kar dein. Pisi huyi surkh mirch, haldi, namak aur sookhi khatayi daal kar masalah khoob bhunein, zaroorat mehsoos ho to pani bhi daala ja sakta hai.

Gravy garhi ho jaye aur satah par oil aajaye to mong ki daal ki balls aur sabz dhanya chirak kar 5 minute dam par lagayein.
