Spinach (boiled, crushed)--------6 bunches
Split moog beans (boiled) ----------½ cup
Soya (boiled)-------- ½ bunches
Small-leaved fenugreek (boiled) -----1 bunch
Tamarind pulp-------- ¼ cup
Red chilli powder-------- 1tsp
Celery -------¼ cups
Turmeric powder--------- ½ tsp
Fresh coriander (chopped)--------- 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds--------- ½ tsp
Garlic (chopped)---------- 1 tsp
Dried round red chillies ----------8
Salt to taste
Oil -----------2 tbsp


Degchi mein oil garam kar key mithi dana lehsun aur sabit laal mirchen talein aur phir palak aur daal daal kar khoob bhunein. Is mein baqi tamam ajza, daal kar thori der pakayein aur phir garma garam pesh karein.

Procedure in English

Heat oil in a pot, fry fenugreek, garlic and dried red chillies.
Add spinach and lentils, fry thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients, cook for a few minutes and serve hot.
