Ingredients

Qeema ½ kg

Mash ki daal 250gm

Siyah mirchen (black paper) ½ tsp

Adrak(ginger) 10 gm

Lehsan (garlic)10 jawe

Piaz (onion) 125gm

Pisa hua garam masalah 1 sp

Pisa hua khushk dhanya ½ sp

Haldi ½ tbsp

Namak (salt) 1tbsp

Pisi huyi surkh mirchein 2 sp

Method

Qeema pani say dhokar nichorein aur rakh lein mash ki daal saaf kar kay ½ hour kay liye pani mein bhigo kar rakh dein.

Piyaz, adrak aur lehsan cheel kar kaat lein ab aik bartan mein qeema dalkar sath hi is mein pisa hua khushk dhanya, namak, haldi, surkh michein, piyaz adrak siyah mirchein aur 1 ½ cup pani dalein aur bartan ko cholhay par rakh dein.

Darmiyani aanch par 10 minute tak pakayein phir is mein ghee dalein thori der kay baad mash ki daal hath say ragar kar jis qadar bhi chilkay utar sakein utarein aur daal nichorein aur bartan mein shamil kar dein.

Spoon say milayein aur mazeed thora sa pani daal dein. Ab aanch halki kar dein. Aur 20 minute tak pakayein jab daal gal jaye aur pani khushk ho jaye masalah ghee chor day to is mein pisa hua garam masalah chirkein.

Aag say alag kar lein mazedar aur lazeez qeema mash ki daal kay sath taiyar hai gehri dish mein nikal kar dastar khuan ki zinat banatay huye khood bhi khayein aur doosron ko bhi pesh karein.
