Ingredients

Chawal --------1 kg
Apple------ ½ kg
(aadha katle ki shakal mein aur aadha bareek kaat lein)
Dahi ------ ½ cup
Sufaid zirah --------- 1 sp
Adrak, lehsan-------- 1 sp
Onion------2
Namak------- hasbe zaroorat
Badam, pista ---------- hasbe zaroorat
Coconut --------- hasbe zaroorat

Procedure

Sab se pehle degchi mein oil ya ghee dalein aur onion daal kar badami rung ka kar lein phir thora sa pani daal kar tamam ashya yani dahi, sufaid zirah, adrak, lehsan sookha dhanya, namak aur pistah, badam daal kar achi tarah bhunein.

Ingredients

Gosht -1/2 kg
Chawal 750 gm(15-20 bhigo dein)
Piyaz-2 chop kia hua
Sabit dhanya- 1 tbsp
Sabz elaichi-6
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Naryal powder-1 tsp
Dahi-1/2 cup
Long-6
Zaafran-1 chutki
Maidah- hasb e pasand

Procedure

Degchi mein gosht, sabit dhanya, sonf, long aur namak daal kar etna pani dalein keh chawalon ke liye yakhni ban jaye phir isko darmiyani aanch par rakh kar pakayein.Gosht gal jaye to yakhni chaan kar botiyan alag nikal lein. Saucepan mein oil garam kar kay piyaz daal kar brown karein phir is mein dahi, garam masalah powder, sabz elaichi aur naryal powder daal kar bhoon lein. Yakhni aur chawal daal kar pakayein aur khushk hone par 10-15 minute halki aanch par dam de. Zaafran ko thoray se pani mein bhigo dein. sab se aakhir mein jawtri, jaifal, zafraan, tali huyi piyaaz aur hasb e pasand khushk mewa jaat is ke oper dalein. Kashmiri Pulao tiyar hai. Serving dish mein daal kar garam garam serve karein.
