Murghi(chicken) ka gosht --------1kg
Onion (Piaz barik kati huyi) ---------2 bari

Turmeric (Haldi) ----------1/2 tsp
Salt -----hasbe zaiqah
Coriander seed (Pisa hua dhanya) -----------1 tsp
Nutmeg & Versus Mace (Jaiphal, Javitri Pisi huyi jaifal jawetri -----------1/4 tsp
Pisa hua garam masalah -------1/2 tsp
Tomato (Tamatar kate huye gol qtle) -----4 bare
Red chili (Sabz mirch kati huyi)--------8-10
Mint (Podina barik kata hua) ----------1/2 gaddi
Coriander leaves (Hara dhanya bareek kata hua)-------1/2 gaddi
Kari patta-------------30
Cooking oil ---------------1 ½ cup

Ajza Baraye Chawal

Basmati Chawal ------–1 kg
Siyah zirah------------1/2 tsp
Sufaid zirah ------------–1/2 tsp
Long(clove) --------------10 adad
Black pepper (Sabit siayah mirch)----1/2 tsp
Bari alaichi ----4
Dal chini ------1 inch
Sabz mirch-------6
Tez pat -------
Podine ke patte-------10

Cooking Procedure

Pan mein aik cup oil garam kar ke piaz daal dein, golden brown kar ke nikal lein isi oil mein gosht , adrak, lehsan, dhanya, surkh mirch, haldi aur namak daal kar tez aanch par masalah bhoonein, masalhe se oil alihda hone lage to dahi daal dein.

Mosalsal bhoonte jayein.

Pisa hua garam masalah aur jaifal javetri daal kar mazeed pakayein.

Chawalon ko aadhe ghante ke liye bhigo dein, alihdah degchi mein pani pkne rakh dein, boil ho jaye to 3 tsp namak aur chawalon ka sara masalha daal dein, chawal 1 kanni rah jayein to chalne mein nithar kar thande pani se guzar lein.

Degchi mein pehle murghi ka qormah phir tali huyi piaz tamatar ke qtle, podinah sabz dhanya, sabz mirchein aakhir mein chawalon ki the bicha dein.

Doodh mein zarde ka rung ghoul kar chawalon ke oper daal kar degchi ka dhakkan dhank kar biryani dhimi aanch par dam laga dein.

Frying pan mein baqyah half cup oil garam kar ke kari pattah daal dein.

Yeh baghar chawalon ke oper daal dein.

Khare masaleh ki biryani ko raite aur salad ke sath pesh karein.
